What payment methods do you except?

At Claudia Marie & Co. we accept cash or e-transfer payments at this time. Please note: if payment is done by e-transfer we ask that you wait to take the product until the money has been received on our end.

What if I want a custome order?

At Claudia Marie & Co. we indeed take custome orders. We ask that you send us a message via Facebook with the details of your customization for us to create a plan with you. Please note: Claudia Marie & Co.will determine if the request for customization can be done depending on the item.

Do you deliver?

Drop-offs are ONLY made to those living in St. Catharines, FREE of charge!

How long is the wait time for an order?

If we are sold out of inventory for the product you are interested in purchasing we give an approximate 1-week wait time window for order to be ready.

Do you do shipping?

Yes, we do! Send us a message and we would be happy to work out shipping. Any costs associated with shipping are to be paid for by the customer before the item(s) are shipped out.

What are the steps involved in ordering?

Number 1: Send us your order via the 'Order Now' tab on the top of our website menu bar. Number 2: We will contact you to confirm your order was received and can be completed. Number 3: We ask for a deposit on all items to secure your order and place in line. Number 4: We will contact you once your item(s) are ready for pick-up, shipping or delivery. Number 5: We will request that the remaining balance owed be sent to us at pick-up, at delivery or before shipping.

Where is pick-up?

Our pick-up location is St. Catharines, Ontario.

What if you are sold out?

There is no need to worry! At Claudia Marie & Co. we make our items in-house so you can always place an order with us to have your item of interest made to order. Please note: seasonal items are one of our exceptions in which may not be available after sold out.

Are the kids items sealed with wood sealer?

All of our kid's items are made from naturally, unsealed wood. Putting a chemical wood sealer on is at your discretion and not done by Claudia Marie & Co.

How do I clean unfinished natural wood?

Use a damp cloth to spot clean dirty spots. Do not submerge the item(s) underwater or drench the wood this will cause damage to the item(s).
