Yes, we offer shipping within Canada (at this time). At checkout, you’ll be able to choose between shipping or local pick-up. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size/weight of your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our pick-up location is in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. At checkout, you'll have the option to choose either shipping or local pick-up. Once your order is placed, the pick-up address and detailed instructions will appear on your screen. You’ll also receive an email notification when your order is READY for pick-up.

If an item is out of stock, don’t worry! We typically restock within 7 to 14 days. Please note that seasonal items are an exception and may not be available once sold out. If you need assistance or want recommendations for similar items in our store, please feel free to contact us anytime.

All of our kid's items are made from naturally, unsealed wood. Putting a chemical wood sealer on is at your discretion and not done by Claudia Marie & Co.

Our items are made from natural wood. To Clean, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and water only. Do not soak or submerge the wood in water or use chemical cleaners, as they may damage the natural surface of the wood or cause skin irritation.

Drop-offs are ONLY made to those living in St. Catharines, FREE of charge!

At Claudia Marie & Co. we indeed take custome orders. We ask that you send us a message via Facebook with the details of your customization for us to create a plan with you. Please note: Claudia Marie & Co.will determine if the request for customization can be done depending on the item.
