- My Feelings Chart
One of the best life skills children can develop is recognizing and identifying their emotions. Asking them how they feel daily is a simple way to improve their emotional intelligence as they develop and grow older. A feelings chart (or emotions chart) is a visual tool that teaches children how to recognize, express and regulate their emotions and behaviours. Since children have not yet developed the emotional vocabulary to express themselves, a feelings chart is a great tool to get kids talking about big and complex feelings.
